Agreement

By using Max Degen Golf ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Max Degen Golf is a golf score tracking and betting calculator app. The App helps you track scores, calculate settlements for golf betting games (Nassau, Skins, Wolf, etc.), and share results with other players.

Important: The App is a score tracking and calculation tool only. It does not facilitate, process, or handle any actual monetary transactions between players. All financial settlements between players are conducted independently outside of the App. We are not responsible for any disputes related to payments between players.

Subscriptions

• Price: $7.99 per month (USD)
• Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled through Apple per their refund policy

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by AI Efficiencies LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Efficiencies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Gambling Disclaimer

Max Degen Golf is a score tracking tool for recreational golf games. The App tracks scores and calculates theoretical winnings/losses but does not process, facilitate, or guarantee any financial transactions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with local laws and regulations regarding gambling.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
